Drs. Deb Grzybowski and Rachel Kajfez receive College of Engineering Awards

The 22nd Annual Faculty Award event took place on April 25th, 2019 at the Blackwell. This year, 2 members of the EED were awarded for their efforts.

Dr. Rachel Kajfez, Assistant Professor in the EED, was one of the recipients honored during this ceremony. Dr. Kajfez was awarded the Lumley Engineering Research Award, which recognizes a select group of researchers in the College of Engineering who have demonstrated exceptional activity and success in pursing new knowledge.

Dr. Deb Grzybowski, Associate Professor of Practice in the EED, was also honored at the event. Dr. Grzybowski was awarded the Dean’s Award for Distinguished Outreach Achievements, which recognizes a select group of faculty in the College of Engineering who have demonstrated significant and longstanding achievement of positive community impact through outreach activities or programs.
