Grzybowski elected to University Senate

Dr. Deb Grzybowski, Associate Professor of Practice in the Department of Engineering Education was recently elected to represent the College of Engineering for University Senate. Her term runs from Fall Semester of 2018 until Spring Semester of 2021. Dr. Grzybowski has been with the Department of Engineering Education (formerly the Engineering Education Innovate Center) since 2000. In her new role, she will serve as an ambassador of the faculty to both public and internal audiences.

 “Since the Department of Engineering Education is relatively new in the College of Engineering, I felt it was important that we have a voice in University Senate to advocate for not only the needs of the department, but also for my university peers and the university. My goal is for not only the College of Engineering, but the entire university community to understand the research, outreach and teaching activities that Engineering Education engages in,” Grzybowski said in a statement.
