Dr. Rick Freuler made Fellow Member of the American Society for Engineering Education

Dr. Rick Freuler, Clinical Faculty at the EED and the Director of the Fundamentals of Engineering for Honors program, was made a Fellow Member of the American Society for Engineering Education on March 26, 2018. The Grade of Fellow in the ASEE is an unusual professional distinction awarded for ASEE members with outstanding and extraordinary qualifications and experience in engineering or engineering technology education, in addition to ASEE contributions. To gain this distinction Dr. Freuler was nominated by his fellow members and evaluated by the ASEE Fellow Member Committee.

 

Dr. Freuler will be honored in the upcoming 2018 ASEE Annual Conference and Exposition. The presentation of the ASEE national awards will occur at the Annual Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, June 27th in Salt Lake City, Utah. The ASEE Annual Conference will take place June 24 – 27.
